Never Fear! Customer-Cam V4 is here! (almost)

We are proud to announce that Customer-Cam Version 4 is finally almost ready to roll out. One of the founders and the CC CTO, Calin Brandabur, will be presenting the latest version of our live chat application on September 19th, 2011 at the monthly Timisoara Mobile Development Group Meetup. I bet that piqued your interest... Why would the Customer-Cam CTO be presenting at a mobile meetup? Hmmmm...

Not only is V4 many many times more reliable, stable, robust, and mature than our current release but it is HEAVILY based on smartphone integration and utilization. We want to allow our operators more flexibility in their use of our service. How much more convenient will it be for small business owners to monitor their customer queue on the go? We realize that with the current economy and landscape every lead is more important than ever so we want to give you and your organization the best customer engagement tool ever.

You are probably saying, "Yeah, thats all fine and dandy but where's the meat? How is V4 really better? Whats different?"

FloridaToday Article "Now You See Me"

We are happy to announce that this past weekend we were featured in the FloridaToday newspaper (Front page of the business section). A copy of the text portion of the article can be found here.
